Customer safety is our main concern. The Rules and Regulations are designed to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Additional Rules and Regulations, not listed here, shall also be enforced.

BOWLING SAFETY POLICIES:

• Bowl at your own risk
• Risk of bodily injury is associated with this game
• Keep hands out of ball return.
• Do not cross the black foul line.
• Correct footwear must be worn and shoes kept clean and dry.
• Report any mechanical problems, spills or other concerns to the center personnel immediately.

LASER TAG ARENA SAFETY POLICIES:

• Participate at your own risk
• No physical contact or offensive language
• No running, jumping or climbing
• No sitting, kneeling or lying down
• Play fair
• Must follow Laser Tag attendant’s direction at all times

BUMPER CAR SAFETY POLICIES

• Participate at your own risk
• Must be 36in. to ride
• Single riders only, no exceptions
• Not recommended for guests that are pregnant, have neck, back, or hip pain/issues
• Ensure your seat belt is securely fastened at all times
• Remain in your car at all times until directed by an attendant to exit

GO-KART SAFETY POLICIES

• Participate at your own risk
• Long hair and loose clothing must be secured
• No Flip Flops or shoes with exposed toes
• Not recommended for guests that are pregnant, have neck, back, or hip pain/issues
• Go-Karts may not accommodate guests over 300 lbs. or 6ft. 6in. comfortably or safely, and may be requested at the discretion of the go-kart attendant not to participate.
• Ensure your seat belt is securely fastened around your lower stomach and shoulders
• Remain in your car at all times until directed by an attendant to exit

Single Seat Kart Requirements

• Driver Minimum Height: 50”
• Driver Minimum Age: 10

Double Seat Kart Driver & Passenger Requirements

• Driver Minimum Height: 50”
• Passenger Minimum Height: 36″
• Driver Minimum Age with passenger: 16 with DL
• Passengers ride for free.
• Driver/Passenger combo subject to discretion of Tenn Pin Alley.

Rookie Races

• Driver Minimum Height: 46”
• Minimum age: 6
• Scheduled at the discretion of Tenn Pin Alley.
• Minimum group size of 8.

MINI GOLF SAFETY POLICIES

• Participate at your own risk
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by adult
• Be aware of water and rock hazards
• Be aware of uneven surfaces and elevations.

SMOKING/VAPING:

Tenn Pin Alley is a smoke-free and vape-free facility inside the building for the health of our guests and staff. Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

PETS:

Pets are not permitted in the center, with the exception of service animals.

Tenn Pin Alley IN-CENTER COMPLIANCE:

In addition to the Tenn Pin Ally Guest Code of Conduct, guests are required to comply with all local, state and federal laws, as well as individual center policies, rules and instructions posted or otherwise listed.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:

No alcoholic beverages can be brought into Tenn Pin Alley. Alcoholic beverages purchased in the Funplex may not leave the premises in which they are purchased. Excessive consumption of alcohol is cause for ejection from the park without refund.

WEAPONS/FIREARMS:

No weapons or firearms are permitted on the premises, inside or out. Guest must return any weapon or firearm to their locked vehicle before entering the premises.

BEHAVIOR:

We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior are offensive to in-center guests and may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.

FOOD, DRINKS & COOLERS:

Outside food, beverages, tumblers, or coolers may not be brought into Tenn Pin Alley; except for those permitted for reserved parties, bowling leagues, or bowling tournaments as designated by management.

LANGUAGE:

Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures may be ejected from the center without refund.

LINE JUMPING:

Line jumping is strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to save places in line or exit the line and return for any reason. Violators will be ejected without a refund.
